Directions: Ages 4-13, one (1) packet daily. Empty contents into a glass, add 4?6 oz. of water, stir. For lighter flavor, mix with more water.
Other Ingredients: Fructose, fruit juice powders, citric acid, natural fruit punch flavors, malic acid, vegetable juice color, tartaric acid, tapioca maltodextrin, stevia (leaf extract), silica, glycine, aspartic acid and cysteine hydrocloride.
