Product Description.:
Helps Prevent Infection
Fast Pain Relief with Lidocaine
Kills germs
For minor cuts, burns & bug bites
Breathable gel allows natural healing
Tecnu first aid gel is water based and easily absorbs into your skin allowing it to breathe. In comparison, many first aid products are ointments which float on the skin's surface and disrupt normal skin respiration by blocking oxygen.
