ZOLINZA is a prescription medicine used to treat a type of cancer called cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) when the CTCL gets worse, does not go away, or comes back after treatment with other CTCL medicines. It may improve symptoms of skin disease for people with CTCL. ZOLINZA may slow or stop the growth of some cancer cells.
Patients who respond to ZOLINZA usually begin to see improvement in skin symptoms of CTCL within 2 months after starting treatment with ZOLINZA. In rare cases, patients may take as long as 6 months to respond to the drug. Not all patients respond to ZOLINZA.

Periodically, your doctor will do blood tests to check your blood counts and electrolytes.
The most common side effects of ZOLINZA include stomach problems, such as diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, and weight loss tiredness taste changes muscle aches and hair loss.
Your doctor will tell you how many ZOLINZA capsules to take and when to take them. Swallow each capsule whole do not chew it or break it open. If you cannot swallow the capsules whole, tell your doctor. You may need a different medicine.
