The VN1000L Vented Needle automatically directs fluid down the sides of the vial to prevent foaming during drug reconstitution. The VN1000 Vented Needle has a two-stage application. During drug reconstitution of rubber-stoppered vials the VN1000 vents air effectively. When medication withdrawal is necessary, the VN1000 Vented Needle can be fully inserted into a rubber stopper to prevent venting.
