Uses
Vitamin E helps fight cell-damaging free radicals in the body.* Free radicals can contribute to oxidative stress which, in turn, may contribute to the premature aging of cells.* Vitamin E also promotes immune function and helps support cardiovascular health.*
Directions
For adults, take one (1) softgel daily, preferably with a meal. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
Warnings
Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product. Consult doctor before use if you if you have, or have had, a bleeding disorder, Vitamin K deficiency, bleeding ulcers, stroke or family history of stroke, or if you plan to have, or have had recent surgery or if you are taking ANY MEDICATIONS OR REMEDIES, such as blood thinners or daily aspirin. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, such as gastrointestinal discomfort, headache, fatigue, blood in urine or skin reactions.
