Arch Cradles Comfort Orthotics gently support weak and/or flat arches while they stabilize heels and protect the balls of the feet. They are also helpful for neuromas. Their ?-length design won't cramp toes and fits comfortably in most shoes. 1 pair per package.

DIRECTION :- Place Arch Cradles in shoes with each cradle's arch support area resting against the inside edge of the footwear. Make sure the each cradle is positioned with its heel area resting directly against the back of the footwear. Product should extend under the ball-of-foot but not under toes. Initially, Arch Cradles may feel awkward in your shoes and a break-in period may be necessary. If so, wear them for short intervals and gradually increase wearing time with each use.
CARE :- Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Press in towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse.
