INDICATIONS:
As a laxative: To relieve occasional constipation (irregularity). This product generally produces bowel movement in 1/2 to 6 hours. As an antacid: To relieve acid indigestion, sour stomach and heartburn.

Each teaspoonful (5 ml) contains: : Magnesium Hydroxide (400 mg).
Inactive Ingredients:
Purified Water.
DIRECTIONS:
Shake well before using. Keep tightly closed and avoid freezing. For Laxative Use: Adults/Children-12 years and older: 2-4 tablespoonfuls (TBSP) at bedtime or upon arising, followed by a full glass (8 oz. ) of liquid.
WARNINGS:
Do not take more than the maximum recommended daily dosage in a 24 hour period (See Directions), or use the maximum dosage of this product for more than two weeks, or use this product if you have kidney disease, except under the advice and supervision of a doctor. May have laxative effect. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately .
