The ADA Council on Scientific Affairs" Acceptance of Cool Mint Listerine Antiseptic is based on its finding that the product is effective in helping to prevent or reduce gingivitis and plaque above the gumline, when used as directed.
To open: squeeze smooth areas on cap and turn.
To close: turn cap until it locks.
Rinse full strength for 30 seconds with 20 ml (2/3 fluid ounce or 4 teaspoonfuls) morning and night
Do not swallow

Cold weather may cloud this product. Its antiseptic properties are not affected.
