Ingredients

Suggested Use
SHAKE WELL. Take 1 capful (2 tbsp.) daily in a glass of juice or water or take straight followed by juice or water. For smaller or larger individuals, adjust serving size accordingly. If you are not accustomed to using a concentrated mineral supplement, start with half the suggested serving size per day and increase gradually over a period of at least 7 days.
