1. Slide support over elbow. 2. Position tip of elbow in comfort panel. Size: For left or right arm, measure around elbow for correct sizing. Small: 9.0-10.0 inches (23.0-25.5 cm). Washing: Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
