Directions:

Directions: First, shake well. Use 2 capfuls for fresh breath and clean feeling teeth and gums. Thoroughly rinse mouth for at least 60 seconds several times daily. Do not eat or drink for at least 15 minutes after each use. When used with an oral irrigator, such as the HydroFloss, use 2 capfuls.

When used for the elimination of breath + taste problems or for superior oral health, follow the 5 steps listed below 3 times per day.

  1. Cover the edge of the Tongue Cleaner with a medium amount of TheraBreath ToothGel. Gently scrape the tongue surface 6-8 times to make sure the tongue is completely coated. It's not necessary to scrape hard. Don't Rinse Yet!
  2. Thoroughly brush your teeth, tongue, and palate & inside of your cheeks with TheraBreath Tooth Gel for 2 minutes.
  3. Spit out ToothGel. Then, rinse with 2 capfuls of TheraBreath Oral Rinse for 90 seconds. -No Water!
  4. Dip your dental floss into TheraBreath Oral Rinse or TheraBreath ToothGel & then proceed to floss. [This area may be a source of oral odor.]
  5. Gargle for 90 seconds with 2 caps of Oral Rinse. Spit out & wait 15 minutes until eating/drinking for full absorption.
