     o minor irritations or injury of the mouth and gums

Active Ingredients

Benzalkonium Chloride 0.12% , Benzocaine 10%

Ingredients

Peppermint Oil , Polyethylene Glycol 400 , Propylene Glycol , Sodium Saccharin , Tannic Acid

Instructions

  * Remove imprinted safety seal from cap.
  * Do not use if imprinted bottle safety seal is broken or missing prior to opening.
  * Adults and Children 2 Years and Over:
     o Apply to affected area 3 to 4 times daily or as directed by a dentist or doctor.
  * Children Under 12 Years:
     o Should be supervised in the use of this product.
  * Children Under 2 Years:
     o Ask a dentist or doctor.

Warnings

* Allergy Alert: Do not use this product if you have a history of allergy to local anesthetics such as procaine, butacaine, benzocaine, or other caine anesthetics.
  * Do not use:
     o more than directed
     o for more than 7 days unless told to do so by a dentist or doctor
  * Stop use and ask a doctor if:
     o sore mouth symptoms do not improve in 7 days
     o swelling, rash or fever develops
     o irritation, pain or redness persists or worsens
* Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
  * Safety sealed bottle cap.
