Nephron FA? is a supplement for anemia responsive to oral hematinics. Folic acid, B12 and iron are known to be important for hematopoiesis. Nephron FA? contains supplemental levels of these constituents. Nephron FA? provides necessary vitamins for patients on dialysis. Docusate sodium can relieve constipation frequently experienced by the renal patient.
Contraindications:
This product is contraindicated for patients with iron overload.
Precaution:
Folic acid may obscure pernicious anemia or produce remission while neurological progress may continue.
Suggested Dosage:
Two tablets daily away from meals, or as directed by the physician.
