Ingredients

Benzalkonium Chloride , Boric Acid , Edetate Disodium , Purified Water , Sodium Borate , Sodium Chloride , Sodium Hydroxide , Hydrochloric Acid
Instructions

* Adults and Children 6 Years and Over
o Put 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) up to 4 times every day
* Children Under 6 Years
o Ask a doctor
* Store at 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F)
* Protect from light

Warnings

* Do not use
o if this solution changes color or becomes cloudy
o if you are sensitive to any ingredient in this product
* Ask a doctor before use if you have
o heart disease
o high blood pressure
o trouble urinating
o narrow angle glaucoma
* When using this product
o pupils may become enlarged temporarily
o overuse may cause redness of the eye(s)
o remove contact lenses before using
o do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination
o replace cap after each use
* Stop use and ask a doctor if
o you feel eye pain
o changes in vision occur
o redness or irritation of the eye(s) gets worse of lasts more than 72 hours
* Keep out of the reach of children
* If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away
* Accidental swallowing by infants and children may lead to coma and marked reduction in body temperature
