X-Small fits wrists 4 1/2 - 5 1/2. Small fits wrists 5 1/2 - 6 1/2. Medium fits wrists 6 1/2 - 7 1/2. Large fits wrists 7 1/2 - 8 1/2. X-Large fits wrists 8 1/2 and larger.
