How to use SmartRelief
1. Snap the electrical unit onto the electrode pad.
2. Peel the pad from its clear plastic backing to expose the adhesive. Place the pad onto your skin on top of the area you are experiencing pain. Be sure to save the plastic backing to reattach the pad when finished. Each pad is good for 12-30 uses, depending on skin type.
3. Press the ON/OFF button to activate. An LED light will come on. To adjust the intensity press the + or ? buttons. There are 63 levels of intensity to customize to your pain level.
4. The unit will automatically turn off after 30 minutes. With power off, allow 5 ? 10 minutes between each session for the battery to recharge. Then, if you wish to continue treatment, simply push the button and adjust the intensity level for 30 more minutes of treatmen
